des[erately need help with my diet.

i weight 78 kg now, aiming to lose 1-2kg a month, then after losin 6-7 kgs probably gonna bulk.

but problem now is, my diet is horrible. only supplement i take now is whey as my postworkout shake and another shake sometime during the day.

problem is cos of uni i either eat damn little or snack like shit when im starving. and i feel extremely tired by the end of the day cos of gymming and cant concentrate when studying at nigth and usually end up falling asleep.

so yeah, just need a rough diet dfor the day that can give me energy throughout the day and allow me to cut 1-2kgs a week.

try peanut butter (chunky) or banana.. Vanilla mixed well with any other flavor, so think of something you like most.

i just started going to the gym and i was wondering how are your chickens, beef, mutton all prepared ? watta bout the eggs, do u eat it raw?
*
Skinned chicken make it lean. Pan fry or baked. Beef are the same but mutton contains more fat than the other two unless if you can have the extra time getting rid of the fat. Fish is excellent.

Raw eggs is smelly, hard boiled egg minus the yolk is good. Half boiled is nicer but when you gassed out.. darn it smells so much smile.gif

Yes u can go to gym and exercise and take care of ur diet to reduce ur overall body fat. There is no way for u to reduce fat on a particular area, if u wan to lose it? u got to lose it all.

If u r into weight training, make sure squat and deadlift is in ur program.

or else u can do HIIT.

Is it the EAS one? I think that supp is really good, not the taste, but the results. I took a packet post workout for 2 weeks and I can really see the results and I gained 3kg from 82kg to 85kg in 2 weeks. But then at the end of the 2 weeks I got food poisoning and lost 4 kg back.

Not sure, 300+ i think, my dad bought a box of that purple packets in GNC. We are suppose to take a packet of it for post workout but it' so damn much, had to put water to the brim of my shaker so that it's dilute enough to swallow. But then I've been taking one full packet PWO for 2 weeks and can really see the results. Maybe it's time for me to increase my protein intake. 1 packet contains 54g of protein i think.

I'm not a pro but every article I've read recommends cardio of at least 30 minutes for at least 4-5 times a week as a step to losing fat besides a proper diet.

Ayoyo, best is u quit smoking bro.
You will feel crazily good. After the initial withdrawals lah.
My uncle who smoked for 30 years stopped overnight because he had a serious smoking related scare.
If he can do it, so can you. tongue.gif

But if u cycle it'll have to be way longer.

Like in bodybuilding.com forums, they have a section where people post their workout routine, diet and all that to help motivate themselves and also to help others have an idea of what to expect with that sort of diet.

Shall we start the same too? I'd post mine, but considering I'm about the smallest here, I guess the rest are gonna "taroh" me if I start first tongue.gif

So people, shall we?

Edit: Okie my makan routine
For me;

Breakfast [7.30AM]

3 Eggs
350ML HL milk
8 teaspoons of oats
2 slices bread
