Skinned chicken make it lean. Pan fry or baked. Beef are the same but mutton contains more fat than the other two unless if you can have the extra time getting rid of the fat. Fish is excellent. Raw eggs is smelly, hard boiled egg minus the yolk is good. Half boiled is nicer but when you gassed out.. darn it smells so much
