How come there is so little positive comments here?

Sharing a video I captured from Semenyih Lekas junction till Serene Height... Distance about 3km, time taken around 3 minutes plus.. Today is lucky day as I do not follow a lorry..

The road condition is below satisfaction and the street lamps are just too scattered, bad for night driving..

If UEM really wish to tag into Lekas, they should try their best to upgrade these 3km road...

...The Terresse 2 at Bandar Puteri Bangi...the finishing more better than SH..flooring at least using 2 x 2 Feruni porcelain tiles

Lousy UEM, planning to get acasia, but after see the finishing immediately cancel, the exterior design seems ok, but interior old school template design, 1x1 tile in living room, 2nd and 3rd bathroom share toilet, straight stairs to second floor, only 1 phase electric, etc. The only pros for this project is the the cheap entry price 550k+ discount (can convert to dp). For bumi after discount need only to pay 6k dp. Corner is affordable to around 700k. I guess for investor this should be attractive with low entry cost.

Begonia is better in term of finishing but with the price point better go for eco hill or majestic . Its not even gated or guarded.

They say total of 3,000 people who registered and invited for balloting for 121 units of Acacia and 153 units of Bergonia.

But how come there are still units left for Acacia and 10% sold for Bergonia

acacia still not sold out? that s not good sign!

Big jump in prices of more than 100K from Acacia to Begonia, that is why sales for the latter is slow I think? Some more no F&G or G&G, so buyers are getting choosy nowadays?

They are doing launching at wrong timing which property market is quite cool now. Plus F&G will be the minimum requurement for buyer nowday and strong competition from IOI, Setia and Eco World which having project nearby which having better concept & security.

Connectivity and commercial activity in vicinity are the main two important criteria Serene Height lack of...

Ya. Sam gor. You are right. Connectivity is really a big issue and UEM should consider a new road to connect between semenyih & bandar seri putra since bangi estate also near to serene heights and both company under PNB. It should not be an issue to do that.

Yeah, if PNB can jointly plan something in this area, it will be superb.. This is a very potential area as it is located in between Lekas and North South, 3 higher institutions (UKM, Nottingham, GMI) just within the vicinity. 2 KTM stations (Bangi and UKM) just very nearby and if they able to improve the infra, the potential on this piece of land is enormous..

It's only 3km to lekas...ok what...btw, the sales of begonia is higher than 10% la..was there during the event..

Can't wait for the water park at bangi avenue to be completed n open to public

Yeah, only around 3km, but the road condition is under satisfactory.. UEM should upgrade this portion of road effectively..

Bro, which township are you referring to as "Bangi estate"? Alam Sari by I&P?

No..Bangi estate is a new project owned by PNB and just side by side with serene height. Both project also develop along jalan bangi lama.

Who is the developer bro?
