They say total of 3,000 people who registered and invited for balloting for 121 units of Acacia and 153 units of Bergonia.
But how come there are still units left for Acacia and 10% sold for Bergonia |

if selangor having problem with water syabas, how all those dozens props project in selangor land ? big project such as ecohill, majestic, puteri bangi, southville, saujana klia, cyberjaya, rimbayu, tropicana, ecosantuary etc etc all those project will completed at the same within 2-3 years from now

2015 Jul 15 UEM SUNRISE Bhd has unveiled 274 double storey terrace homes for the Serene Heights Bangi development. This marks the developer’s second venture in Selangor in addition to its joint venture project in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. The double-storey terraced houses worth Rm180.7mil in gross development value received an encouraging response during the sales launch last month at the Serene Heights Bangi Sales Gallery.
