The SA gave you any printed masterplan about this new infra? The connecting road from SH to Bandar Tek Kajang will go through MKH hillpark?

the roads leading to serene heights is winding and dangerous. a lot of lorries pass theough there. its access to closest town kajang and semenyih is critically needed.

I don't see much crowd today although tmr is for public. Today is for their loyalty card members.
I see Acacia (below 600k) more stickers than begonia (below 700k).
The SA told me they going to upgrade the old road of jalan bangi.
The minus point of this project, it is not fenced and no guard house. It is up to residents to diy. The house design look old school....pointed roof type.
Somehow Uem may be good in building mont kiara condo but come to landed, they fail to see the aspect of what buyer wants. Yes it is kg living style but in the middle of nowhere with no Security...hello Uem? Just like mkh developer.
