RM550K for first phase only called Acacia for size 22 x 70..which claim by UEM fully sold.
Currently second phase called Begonia price around RM600K

jalan bangi lama probably need another 15 years development to become a matured township...

Sorry for making you confuse, if you read back my post i said this value for money but EW/EH is better if you decided on Begonia. I almost booked acasia but cancel after see the layout and finishing.

Walau, Acacia 550K kena BBB sapu-ed clean even though no G&G or F&G? So ppl's main priority is the price, not security? For investors, the price is the priority & for buyers buying for own stay, as long as price is OK, security nt so important!
