Wow no SSB mode here! blink.gif 550K non bumi price considered very cheap oredi for a 22x70 DSL, so not surprising for it to be sold so soon!

Sales Office at actual site...this is the cheapest double storey terrace house in south klang valley..even Phase 2 at RM600K still cheap compare to other sroundng development like Bandar Puteri Bangi The Terresse 2 at RM748K

RM550K for first phase only called Acacia for size 22 x 70..which claim by UEM fully sold.
Currently second phase called Begonia price around RM600K

Just register your name maybe they will be a drop out later when the loan result start to come in

I do think this is still the best value around this area you only need 6k dp after all the discount to own a 22x70 terrace.

Sorry for making you confuse, if you read back my post i said this value for money but EW/EH is better if you decided on Begonia. I almost booked acasia but cancel after see the layout and finishing.

Walau, Acacia 550K kena BBB sapu-ed clean even though no G&G or F&G? blink.gif So ppl's main priority is the price, not security? hmm.gif For investors, the price is the priority & for buyers buying for own stay, as long as price is OK, security nt so important!
