yes access is crap, better buy alam sari nearer to bangi, the other exit is just a kampung road bfore you exit lekas.

Currently you can still enter LEKAS but have to drive a bit on the old kg road, lekas got exit bangi. Using I&p alamsari road you will stuck jammed at at KTM bangi and jalan reko. Anyone going for for the launching this weekend?

As usual 550 k should be the undesirable unit (facing juntion,etc), anyway discount should should 7+3% for bumi. 500k possible?

Lousy UEM, planning to get acasia, but after see the finishing immediately cancel, the exterior design seems ok, but interior old school template design, 1x1 tile in living room, 2nd and 3rd bathroom share toilet, straight stairs to second floor, only 1 phase electric, etc. The only pros for this project is the the cheap entry price 550k+ discount (can convert to dp). For bumi after discount need only to pay 6k dp. Corner is affordable to around 700k. I guess for investor this should be attractive with low entry cost.

Begonia is better in term of finishing but with the price point better go for eco hill or majestic . Its not even gated or guarded.

problem or not, on launch day all acacia is sold out only left corner and end lot. BBB mode still strong.

I do think this is still the best value around this area you only need 6k dp after all the discount to own a 22x70 terrace.

Sorry for making you confuse, if you read back my post i said this value for money but EW/EH is better if you decided on Begonia. I almost booked acasia but cancel after see the layout and finishing.

With begonia price point you have more option, eco hill/majestic ,bandar puteri eg. most new launch are starting with this price.

Yup guys need to form interim ra and push uem to build fence and guard house before handover. That's what we did last time in our taman , consent for gated and guarded can apply later when you have form registered ra. Just sharing
