As usual 550 k should be the undesirable unit (facing juntion,etc), anyway discount should should 7+3% for bumi. 500k possible?

this place lot unattractive when comparing against competitor around the corner, ecohill + ecoworld...only the pricing cheaper only..

wonder why UEM dont border built additional interchange from LEKAS...?

beside this project, what other landed new house below RM600k in Klang Valley can be considered?

i know only below:

1. MKH's Hillpark 2
2. Worldwide's Puncak Bestari
3. IJM's Shah Alam 2
4. Glomac's Saujana KLIA
5. MKH's Taman Pelangi Semenyih 2

Anybody know?

Based on google map, from serene heights (point A, the border of Serene heights / Alam Sari) to UKM station is ~3km and to Reko's stations ~9km.

if you consider semenyih as klang valley, better put also sri pajam,less than 500k

based on my observation, connectivity and community are very impoetant for landed residence. i wonder serene heights has both these factors?

We hope uem sunrise will build the link road from north south highway to serene height soon and propose interchange link up to lekas also as ecohill and ecomajestic done it.

They will develop the road that leads to the LEKAS exit to 4 lanes. Meaning Lekas is SH primary entrance/exit.

Is this info confirmed? From Serene Height till the entrance of Lekas Semenyih is around 3km... So UEM Sunrise will upgrade this kampung road to 2 lanes each? If really so, then it will be a good news for SH..
