anyone know how far is the distance from serene heights to UKM ktm and Jlln reko MRT station?

it seems serene heights is not a good product.

based on my observation, connectivity and community are very impoetant for landed residence. i wonder serene heights has both these factors?

its still very remote to kajang and putrajaya.

the roads leading to serene heights is winding and dangerous.
a lot of lorries pass theough there.
its access to closest town kajang and semenyih is critically needed.

most of arcasia given and taken away by bumiputra, while begonia only sold 10%.
uem sunrise doing good job.

yes. i heard this problem in orher bangi projects which is very near to serene heights.

jalan bangi lama probably need another 15 years development to become a matured township...

Looks like uem sunrise need to relook its package and strategy to compete with its peers.
I would say first round sales is not so good.
Heard many have given up their unit after balloting due to connectivity and amenities.
