Address will be in Semenyih? Initially I thought it will be in Bangi instead...

Disappointed UEM not bring in any new infra.. I am expecting they will be build a connecting road to Bangi Avenue, but seems like no chance already..

Building a connecting road to alam sari would enable the resident has better access to the UKM ktm station.

But for a simplest explanation, single phase allows lower electrical load compared to 3 phase wiring. and of course, the later is more expensive for installation.

No interchange from LEKAS like what was built by ECOhill and SP, means we need to follow old bangi road passing I&p...bad location though..

Currently you can still enter LEKAS but have to drive a bit on the old kg road, lekas got exit bangi. Using I&p alamsari road you will stuck jammed at at KTM bangi and jalan reko. Anyone going for for the launching this weekend?

I enjoy actualy drive from SH site to LEKAS exit..it nice kampung road with twist here and there...green and cool everyone. But if this Jalan Bangi Lama is not be upgraded in the future...advisable to use KL-Seremban Highway enter/exit at Bandar Puteri Bangi / Bandar Seri Putra Exit 213 Putra Mahkota.

Agreed with you...if enter/exit at KTM Bangi - Alam Sari...ayoooo with car park on both side of the road. ..not look high class loo balik rumah. Not like macam SEH or EM looo. MPKj need to do something on this issue..make the journey back not smooth rclxub.gif ..but you can stop yam chaa + goreng pisang stall near KTM Bangi thumbup.gif

But with RM550K..i rather buy Nilai Impian..as the distance more near let say from Exit 213 to Nilai Impian using Bandar Puteri Bangi - Bandar Bukit Mahkota - Nilai Impian...the journey is more smooth. I know Bandar Puteri Bangi 24 x 70 slightly bit high at RM718,800 after RM30k rebate.

bangi gateway service apartment. if not mistaken 256 units.mostly 660 sqft .got another bigger size but limited unit probably sold out .to confirm give them call..location quite good but facilities n finishes so so only..interested ka bro peri?

Got 4 types of service apartment layout....Type A, 664sqft starting price RM346,746. Type B,974sqft RM524,493, Type C,852sqft RM428,272 & Type D,2,132sqft RM948,085.

NI is much more convenient as it has interchange to NSE as compared to SH. I guess if UEM Sunrise build an interchange to LEKAS they would be selling at a more premium price than 550K? All SH buyers have to share the building cost lo! nod.gif

There is a big gap of 100K+ between the 22x70 & 22x75 DSL, so most probably all the 550K sapu-ed clean by staff before this Sunday? blink.gif

if really looking for biggest unit, by looking at this price tag why not u go n check AS first.. they got corner with larger BU n better finishes if comparing SH. but ofcoz some corner unit at SH come with super big land area
