Sifus, do correct me if I am wrong
Aeon Watami can really be considered if you can use RM3000 quarterly. Besides the 3% cash rebate which is capped at RM150 (meaning you can use up to RM5K), you will also earn 1 point per RM1 spent locally (RM30 voucher for 7500 points), giving you another 0.4% there. So that is about 3.4% rebate. Annual fee FREE with 12 swipes annually. |

WTH is wrong with OCBC.
I'm going to cancel this OCBC card. If it's just 1% on all spending, then there are many cards giving this benefit. |

So 1% on total spending, and no more capping like RM50 cashback max per month?
What if i buy something like 6k in total in 1 month, do i get 6000 x 1% = Rm60 cashback or just RM50 max? |

Finally the official letter dated on 25 Nov 2013, receive on 10 Dec 2013 to tell us what we already know.Upgrading to World MasterCard to get 1.2% seem like a good deal if there's no other better cards in the market. |

QUOTE(Zer0 c00L @ Dec 10 2013, 11:46 AM) not forgetting the UOB one card. +1But still every single one of those alternatives comes with terms attached, the titanium is still pretty good for large transaction amounts on transactions that don't fall into specific categories ie: insurance premium, big purchases, down payment, booking etc. 1% isn't that all bad. Currently I'm keeping it for my insurance (~20k/year), and some large one off purchase, or when I maxed out my RM50 from MBB Amex... Just like I keep my CIMB just for buying alcohol from LCCT/KLIA |

How about online purchase? Installment, auto-bill?Upgrading to World MasterCard to get 1.2% seem like a good deal if there's no other better cards in the market. Any idea? |
