They finally replied, cause I complained all the way to UK. Respond was good so far, but I have yet to see results. I do hear lots of promises. I will update forum on whether they keep their promises or not.

Do not go for Stanchart card. After sales customer service is horrible. I was conned to believe I can get a smart tag. They then call me up later to tell me that stock has finished. They will compensate with RM120 rebate. Then I find it funny it isn't there. They say you're not entitled cause activate card later than one month. I say your sales person did not tell me any of this. Operator Lukman tells me, if my sales ppl need to tell you all the terms and conditions he will be very busy. I was so pissed. I post up something in lowyat, I think Stanchart requested it to be removed. Don't want people to know. I post up the link at their website to forum complain for ppl to see, they remove that as well. I am going to continue to update this forum here for the benefit of all to see if you should sign up for Stanchart card or not. Sales girl was Lim Si and her manager is Ivan Soo from PJ state branch. She kept pushing me to sign up say her boss is chasing her for the target. After almost a month, I give in and help her. Now they don't care to help.

get the new Just One Plat Mastercard then can enjoy the benefit. RM55 cash rebate upon approval to offset gst for existing customer. agent called me to get it to hit target

The card seems useless to me. Need to spend at least RM999 monthly to get the 15% petrol rebate.
360° Reward Points is not applicable and RM300 cashback only applicable for 1st time Stan Chart card holder 

Make sure the transaction is posted by 5-nov-2013 as stated in the T&C:

10.Retail purchases made during the Promotion Period must be posted to the Eligible Customer’s credit card account by 5 November 2013 to be included towards meeting the Minimum Spend Criteria. Please note that transactions may be posted by the merchant as late as 30 days after the transaction date. The Bank will not be held responsible for late posting
11.If: i.the customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of the SCB Card; or
ii.the Bank discovers at any time that he customer did not infact satisfy the requirements under this Promotion the customer loses his/her entitlement to the Voucher.

I have given up hope for Stanchart. 

Standard Chartered is a good bank in terms of security.

But the card benefits are limited.

I did get RM55 rebate on first bill, and rm120 rebate for not receiving the smart tag.
Good deal for me.
I will hold the card for 6 months for saleman commission and terminate it, since it doesn't have any benefit of using it.

Even-though they have parkson promotion now, but i dont get the spend to much, poor ppl ...

Have you purchased the ticket? Do we need pay for 2 tickets in the system and it automatically deduct the final price to pay? I stopped at credit card detail page.

dude no offense, no one answer how's the buy 1 free 1 works. If it answered i wouldn't ask here.

Whether is it deduct up front or giving it back in rebates after that which dunno how long it takes.

I agree with shortleg88, SC didn't explain clearly in the website.

eg:

1. Will we be reimbursed right away for one ticket?
2. or do we have to pay the full amount first, and SC will deduct in next statement.

ya, it only mentioned the 50 cents booking fee.  the free ticket amount should be reimbursed based on the wordings
