how do you use the point to offset the gst? through phone call or their website?
perhaps you should have just redeemed the points immediately (with the same cs) to offset the gst through the phone when they offered you with the points.
for my case, i tried to cancel my card about 3-4 months earlier before the next gst charge. they gave me that rm50 straight away so it appeared in my statement as a credit of rm50 until the gst being debited 3-4 months later.

perhaps i can just used it to buy something else and request for another gst waive?
just kidding, they are not that stupid anyway.

Yeah, it was regarding gst and AF. I dont think the mod would remove the post had it be offset vs waiver, referring to the post above me also saying gst waiver and was not removed/edited.

Have you purchased the ticket? Do we need pay for 2 tickets in the system and it automatically deduct the final price to pay? I stopped at credit card detail page.
