officer told to use the phone provided to cancel. told me they will call back few days time to confirm the cancellation.

few days later received call, and ask me don't cancel since fees was waive and told I can enjoy their cash back benefits. Isaid I seldom use and don't want. that lady address her name as Ms.Wong, informed me I can't  cancel bcoz since theyd waived off the fees.

I asked if that statement state in the policy or t&c when I applied? she said no and its new policy.. I'm so frustrated and told if I can bring this to anyone since its not right.

u know what she said? "please go ahead"..
I ended the call by ask her name then hang up..

what kind of service is this.. cheating bank..

i am not sure why you want to waste time anymore. Just send an email and cc to Bank negara for good measure.

Hi, I apply for CashBack Gold Master Card,
just active the card yesterday and was told that got 5% cash back,
after i view the website only found out that's only 2% cashback spending over rm500..
so how about if i spent lesser than RM500?? Thats mean no any cashback right?
Flexi pay interest so high somemore.. 7.98%..

Yes, minimum spending to qualify for any rebate is RM500. NO cashback for any spending less than that amount.

Luckily SCB having 10% cash back now.. 

go with the report stolen/waive.. option and eventually you will get to their CS. I did the same last week trying to cancel my card. Price Solutions just gave me a call and refused to let me cancel it with TONS of excuses/promos, and promised to waive the upcoming GST+Annual Fee (due on Nov) for another year.

This works. Just received a call from SC, and not PS, to confirm the cancellation. Try to state inside your email that you do not wish to get any calls from PS.

I have the same case as well. Please help me . They don't allow me to cancel the card as the promised to waive the gov service tax 50. But I receive the e statement of rm50 government service tax now . What should I do now ?

report to bnm (email as above) stating the whole situation and how you have been misled.
