I would like to cancel by calling but their customer service number dont have option to talk to cust serv officer. only report stolen / waive card annual fee.

What bank's cc can make any of transaction become flexipay with low or 0%??

go with the report stolen/waive.. option and eventually you will get to their CS. I did the same last week trying to cancel my card. Price Solutions just gave me a call and refused to let me cancel it with TONS of excuses/promos, and promised to waive the upcoming GST+Annual Fee (due on Nov) for another year.

15 weeks after 5th september 2014 means 19th december 2014?

Well to be fair, it says "Within 15 weeks" so maybe you're lucky enough to get yours in the first week?

if you get on 6th september 2014 means you get it 1 day after the end of campaign period... you think it's possible?

went to one of their branch after trying to cancel it for sometimes Coz less use. checked with their office that I want to cancel the Card if any outstanding amount.

they actually waive off the gover fees without I request.

officer told to use the phone provided to cancel. told me they will call back few days time to confirm the cancellation.

few days later received call, and ask me don't cancel since fees was waive and told I can enjoy their cash back benefits. Isaid I seldom use and don't want. that lady address her name as Ms.Wong, informed me I can't cancel bcoz since theyd waived off the fees.

I asked if that statement state in the policy or t&c when I applied? she said no and its new policy.. I'm so frustrated and told if I can bring this to anyone since its not right.

u know what she said? "please go ahead"..
I ended the call by ask her name then hang up..

what kind of service is this.. cheating bank..

it's their mistake. they should have double checked with you whether you will still continue to use their cc if they absorb the gst for you.

just because they have paid the gst for you, now they want to force you to continue using it.
