Book AirAsia flight from PEN to KUL just to utilize BIG points received from S&C C card..

I would like to cancel by calling but their customer service number dont have option to talk to cust serv officer. only report stolen / waive card annual fee.
anybody cancelled by call yet here? thank you |

Anyone know details about the 10% cash back promo? The SMS only say 'selected merchants' and T&C apply, but cannot found any detail info about this promo

I did the same last week trying to cancel my card. went to one of their branch after trying to cancel it for sometimes Coz less use. checked with their office that I want to cancel the Card if any outstanding amount.
they actually waive off the gover fees without I request. officer told to use the phone provided to cancel. told me they will call back few days time to confirm the cancellation. few days later received call, and ask me don't cancel since fees was waive and told I can enjoy their cash back benefits. Isaid I seldom use and don't want. that lady address her name as Ms.Wong, informed me I can't cancel bcoz since theyd waived off the fees. I asked if that statement state in the policy or t&c when I applied? she said no and its new policy.. I'm so frustrated and told if I can bring this to anyone since its not right. u know what she said? "please go ahead"..
