What is the terms & conditions ?

I start liking SCB coz they gave waivers for my convenience. Some CS really friendly. Thx SCB

i just cancelled the SCB card due to the time i apply they said will have 15% petrol cashback after 60 days bla bla. already 3-4 month and i didn't receive any single cent of rebate. called their customer service they said you are not entitle for 15% cash back as per your application. raise a complain, they ask me to give a date of the conversation with CS which said have 15% cash back. already 3 month and how to remember the date. wasted my 3 month petrol cash back if i use other bank. Please beware of this bank.

Same story for me. Will cancel today, been 3 months, they said under T&C of promo I not eligible as I got the RM300 cashback di (I got it, but did not sign up for it).

Hey guys, i jus received a sms stating my temporary password altho i did not register for online banking or any sort. Is this normal? I did applied for SCB credit card few weeks back.

Also received an email saying my phone number has been registered for banking acc.

Have you seen the promo they offer for new SCB customers? Free gift worth hundreds or even thousands of ringgit?

Even if hold the card for free (GST covered, no annual fee) you're still not getting benefits like the new customer. Better cancel the card and then reapply next year after 12 month period to get free gift. For normal usage other cards better (except if you're dining in the SCBC discount places).

I did get those mentioned when I applied additional cards. They still treated me with new sign up offer. I have to retain as there is still rebates in the card and supp card.

no...SCB sometimes give free money or voucher also. And we can see that SCB is offering more and more benefits.

Last few months back, "Apply Supplementary card", you will get RM300.
These 2 month, spend 3k, 5k, 7k to get 100, 200, or 300 parkson voucher. It is guarantee some more, not same as other bank which only offer to first 800, or 300k limit.
So, just retain your card and wait for benefit or free money. SCB is very generous!.

spend 3k get rm100 cash back is not much, but if you want to swipe around 5k-7k, you will get RM200-RM300..
Which others credit card give u Rm200-RM300 when u swipe 5k-7k on those retail category, such as furniture shop, car downpayment, sanitary shop..

Yup. It is a good deal. Better than AMEX. That's why for this month I transfer all my transactions to SC card. Spent 7.3k then stop back to AMEX.
