btw, when the SCB 360 reward will show the redeemable cashback?
I am looking for May spending cashback, when is the usual time it will appear in the 360 reward?
eg: by 30th (now usually 20th) next month for UOB VOX

Cashback is not based on statement date, do read the T&C. Nevertheless, you can expect it soon.

Hmm I got my card in May and have been using it since 11th May.
Right now I see 0 cashback in my SCB online account, I hope it will come soon

We received the cashback around this time last month. So that's why I said you may expect it soon

12th June still ok... i think some swipe end May also yet to receive... but, what i get to know from PS staff is, u will receive the gift 45 days after the first swipe...

I am one of them, swipe at 23 May.

then i give them my first swipe date was 23 May, and they replied me back with the same message:


that is not consistent, so some will get earlier some get late if you're not lucky.
i wonder if it also depending on the Agent who handle the application or not.

Anyone receive similar sms like me when do online payment?


Last time i pay ins thru jompay then after done i received sms ask me reply 1 to comfirm transaction.

Those sms need extra charge.

I reply for fear the transaction will be cancel.

After reply i got call to ask me regarding wether i make the transaction. I replied yes.then CS ask me to provide some answer to check wether i am the owner.

I direct ask wtf ask me to reply sms and call and doubt so much?


Today i make some payment again and those sms come again which i chose to ignore.because i expect they will call me which they dint.i wonder will they cancel my payment based on this?

I emailed RP, and straight they asked for my delivery address.
And i gave them the address and RP replied it will be sent within 21 working days.

So did anyone get the cashback yet? Cos I have not..
