Wow, almyra's phase 2 have 3 units of type c for each floor. Even bungalow layout!! Quite different with original plan which is only 2 units for each floor.

The condo design and layout is good, somemore price is consider not too high, better a lot compare Mah sing southville

full agree but ioi marketing no free sushi or angpow, so still many go for mah sing's

How many showrooms do they have for the condo?

Currently they have 2 show room for condo 969sqft and 1055 sqft, personally after looking at this 2 showroom, i prefer the 1055 type B1 / B2 . either facing north or facing south.

Well ioi as we know, they don't offer anything special or super duper package to own their unit.

Only 2% rebate only for Tower 4.

Even at their showroom unit, you also can view the on going construction for the condo. And i would say is already reach lv2 , coming soon to lv3 car park level already.

yeah bro Peri, sales very slow, if we compare today Holme Launching at cheras Bandar Tun Razak, which is like Sapu licin licin . Whereas IOI is having a slow and steady pace.

Still got 2 tower haven't launch yet. Even The 1st tower also still have some unit unsold.

Well cant compare this area and the Cheras Tun Razak Area, as both is different situation.

The 12xx sqf unit layout looks good, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but suspect the room size will quite small, too bad no show room on this type

yeah sadly the 12xx sqft they didn't build any show room for us to see with our own eyes. Hardly to justify whether the room size will be compromise or not too.

In my opinion i just find the 3rd bath room not so necessary for 1055 sqft condo . If can utilize the extra sqft from the 3rd bathroom , i would like the extra sqft to be converted to spacious room or bigger living hall.

yet the price tag really tempting a. RM388,800k. Haha

still considering, not in the hurry to place the booking yet. today launching can see 2 different groups of buyer, senior group mostly head for teressa 2 . Junior group 30 yo++ or young family mostly they seek for the condo. Some time i hope they just name the tower A B C D , Rather tower 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 . After convert translation to mandarin, really

the crowd wise if die die want me to compare whether many or not, i would say just normal crowd (4 star out of 10), if compare to Holme which launch at same date as IOI bandar puteri bangi.
