How is the phase 2 sales so far? Anyone went there recently

Yesterday just went there have a look, sorry no snap any picture, sales are more or less the same after 1 week launched for Phase 2, sales quite slow in fact

The development seems to have a lot more commercial components than residential. Wonder if there are enough residents to sustain more than 500 hundred shops

who got latest sales chart??

I think the commercial shoplot not just target for BPB residents, but also for the whole Bandar Seri Putra, Bandar Sri Mahkota and Bangi Avenue residents as well, Tesco in BPB also provide shopping for daily usage for the surrounding residents

Yes seems quite slow for Almyra. Actually i like Almyra design. Kitchen area is quite small but the room quite spacious especially master bedroom. How is teresse2 sales so far?

Only SPA fees absorb by developer.
