Mine one is type A, if not mistaken for Phase 1, type A starting price is 360k, type C starting price is 409k, different around 49k

Actually I did ask for a discount on legal fee with lawyer before, that was during they provide legal fee quotation to bank. She can give discount on profesional fee portion. But in order to submit to bank, they use a standard legal quotation (before discount). After the bank disbursed, then can only claim for the refund. Did you nego with lawyer before on legal fee?

may i know the entry package? got discount on this? I remember the launching price around 380k, but today i saw brochure written 340k how come price dropped?

Read the fine print at the bottom with * then you will discover why such a low price.

Not 380k, is 380psft@969sft b4 rebate.....

340k is bumi price after 7% discount

Does Terresse 2 comes with void area at 1st floor similar to Terresse 1?

according to the floor plan, yes.

Actually i prefer if there is no void area. Not sure what can we do with double height ceiling. I prefer to have that area but depends this is personal preference. Other people might prefer the void area.
