Landed.. Package still the same as launching. I booked one unit last Monday.. Hopefully loan will be approved..

Thats what i thought of before i went there.. Once i reached there the sales lady told me there were 8 units available. Quickly i booked one the next day after checking my loan qualification with bank.

Yes bro. Downpayment can be paid every 6months for 3 installments. For bumi 7% downpayment discount and pay another 3% minus 10k booking with installment. Can go and check it out at their sales office.

Tropicana Aman will be quite far from the place that I am looking for. My parents, sister and brother staying near Bangi and it will be good if I am somewhere near around my family.. Furthermore I can see the area is growing with Cresent , BPB , Bangi Avenue development. It was a bit slow few years ago at Bukit Mahkota and Bandar Seri Putra but looks like better future prospect with these new development. Hopefully.

Ok i saw the development for Phase 2.. Just went to the construction site last weekend. I think they are working fast to finish up the phase 2 show unit house. I can see it just behind the phase 1 area.
