I think the idea from IOI is to give an opportunity to people to own house even you don't have any cash in hand. Imagine with 3K you can start plan to own the house...of coz you still need to pay but you can deferred it...than you got in time to withdraw your EPF. Even is good to bumi buyer as 7% discount can be taken as part payment

Look they copy the IOI package.
...but in term of affordable Almyra Residence is the winner
...but in term of floor layout Almyra Residence is the winner...just 7 to 8 unit per floor.Savanna look like hotel aka flat unit
...but in term of unit layout Almyra Residence is the winner with either semi-D or bungalow with all units with balcony. Savanna charge premium on unit with balcony.

Initial entry cost is one thing, selling price is another issue, Savanna selling price too high more than 500k at Bangi area, even entry cost low but how can a buyer get loan approved if selling price so high? smile.gif

Anyone know the latest rebates for Teresse 2 or Almyra?
Interested in Teresse or Almyra type C but why nowadays condo design no store room.. hmm.gif

Almyra - 2% rebate to non bumi
Terresse 2 - RM30K rebate to non bumi

For Bumi, the 7% discount can be taken as part payment.

Thanks bro.. probably will be paying a visit this weekend for the launching..
I noticed Terresse is 22x80 and Terresse 2 is 24x70. B/up wise Terresse is larger.
But personally i prefer wider house than longer house thumbup.gif
