If the merchant accepts AMEX regardless the payment channel (OTC or online) AND transaction date falls on weekends, then you'll get the rebate plus 5x TP.

Exclusion: Insurance, Education and Government related services for 2x TP.

would like to confirm on the RM50 cap, is based on statement date, unlike WISE that is based on calendar month, am I right?

If I pay my hotel bill on 1st of Feb, cash rebate will calculate for Feb right?? RM50 rebate = RM1000 in total.

it used to be hardcopy statement by default. but nowadays new application form seems to have a new clause of charging rm1 if you opt for hardcopy statement.
