Can i pay my factory TNB bill using Maybank Amex card?

Its around Rm 7k per month
*
yes you can.. refer to post 3# above

QUOTE
Using Maybankard 2 AMEX to Pay for Telekom Malaysia ™ Bills including Unifi/Streamyx/multimedia and Tenaga Nasional(TNB)

You can now pay TNB and TM bills through Maybank2U as well

Go to Bill Payment > select the bills you want to pay and select from account your Maybankard 2 Amex. If you do not see it, means it cannot be use for that particular bill.

and the amex tnb promo still available until end of this month:

While browsing amex website, i stumbled upon this: American Express SafeKey®

So Amex already implement verification thru sms, or Maybank call MSOS.. but, very limited website support it..

Not a mistake, all Maybankard credit cards (excluding Islamic Cards) share  the same combined credit limit.
*
original American Express with gladiator logo also have separate credit limit from other Maybank card like maybank2kad

do u get 5% cash rebate for auto debit? not sure whether if we use express autopay from amex, will we get 5% cash rebate for those bills specified in the express autopay?
*
5% rebate, depend on when they process auto debit.. like last month, i'm lucky because celcom process it on weekend, so i get the 5% rebate from maybank.. but this month they process on weekdays, so no 5% rebate from maybank.. but for celcom, if you sign up auto debit can enjoy 5% from celcom iteself.. if i'm lucky, i will get 5% rebate from celcom and another 5% rebate from maybank thumbup.gif

Nope. The numbers are totally unrelated. Don't think it's a typo.
Have been facing this issue since last month. Multiple transactions. Initially thought it was my telco problem but when I faced the same prob yday I knew it can't be the telco problem anymore.
Nah, I'm with celcom. Facing the same issue.
*
i'm using Celcom.. no problem receiving SMS after doing 5 transactions today.. all SMS received less than a minute after transaction..

*

but then how can we know the process date by Celcom? Like in my case, my billing date is on 18th.  hmm.gif
*
for auto-billing, we cannot know when is the actual process time.. it is up to the system of the biller to process the payment.. but for my celcom bill, i can see that it will process 3 days after the billing date.. but this is still not firm.. but i dont really care because if opt for autobilling, can get 5% rebate from celcom and might get another 5% from amex.. but if you manually pay every month using amex, you need to physically go to the centre just to get the 5% rebate from amex..

Now I remember, when I signed up at branch I wasn't given the option to choose MasterCard or visa for the 2nd card, the option wasn't in the form. What shld I do?

***
On maybank website it doesn't say we can choose either MasterCard or visa, while in the first post here I see we can choose either MasterCard or visa to couple the Amex. Someone clarify this matter? Thanks.
*
yes, there is no option to choose in the form.. and it also not stated in the website.. from the website, it will say only mastercard.. but actually you can request during sign up to get visa and they will write it on the form.. for me last time, the agent ask me to choose visa or mastercard.. if you lucky, they will ask you too..

Where can we find information on our TP expiry date? It is not showing on the statement.
*
i think it will start appear on statement only on 2016

From the first page:

QUOTE
1. Effective 1 August 2013, Maybank Credit Card TreatsPoints will have a 3 years expiration period. TreatsPoints earned in a particular month are valid until the end of third (3rd) year of the calendar month. Please find below a sample table depicting the points cumulated and the applicable expiry date:

This one also got inflated? I remembered that it used to be 10k TP.  shocking.gif
*
starting 1st august, basically 200 TP equal to rm1 increased to 250 TP equal to rm1.. so rm50 GST before 1st august can be redeemed with 10k TP become 12.5k TP after 1st august.. all other RM50 vouchers also increased to 12.5k TP.. this also bring 5x TP equivalent to 2% cashback, compare to 2.5% before 1st August..

Not sure if you are referring to Citibank. I can confirm that I think last 2 years you can multiple redeem the gst. I fully redeemed with my points for I think RM50x 12 times. All within same calendar month, to use up all my points.
*
i dont get this.. you pay GST 12 times in the same month? so with this, you will get free GST in the next 11 years?

Hi, someone told me that the Maybank 2 cards program would give me good airmiles conversion rate. Can someone give me an calculation example for that? I'm a bit confused as Maybank doesn't state it openly in their website. I know from Enrich's website that 7,000 treat points = 1,000 Enrich miles. hmm.gif
*
yes, but only for amex maybank2cards.. maybank2cards follow general conversion of enrich miles, which is 7,000 treat points = 1,000 Enrich miles.. but you get 5 points for every rm1 spend on amex maybank2cards.. therefore, 1 enrich miles = 7 treats points = rm1.40 spend on amex maybank2cards..

so 1 enrich miles = rm1.40 only.. now search which other cards can give you lower than this..

only maybank visa infinte & mastercard world cards get special conversion rates.. learn more here:
