i currently at japan, think about using my maybank 2 card..i have few question regarding it
1.  which is better to be use? amex or mastercard?
2. Is there any additional charge?

how much treat point and cash rebate do i earn if i use visa card pay MPSJ bill?

and how do i use treatpoint to contra government tax (RM50)?

he said visa, so no cash back and 1x pt only 
GST can redeem online as well, i did mine 2 months back

they don't have online application.  everything goes through email. read their website

certain banks still don't have, not only MBB. they will ask you to leave number or apply through email.

Just noticed another difference btw Gold and Platinum

For Platinum the service center call line is different with the Gold, your call will be answered almost immediately. I think they do prioritize Platinum calls compared to other Gold cards 

useful if you are going oversea often
