alam impian developer vision is failed big time. good location but the township palnning failed with their staffs ideology n cronies failed failed failed big time. i really hope u can accept the facts. do u know why? cos the company is under GLC n it's NOT the real entrepreneur who will start from the scratch which is sourcing for landbank until finish the products they r going to offer n sell. Wht they know is dangling a carrot or banana in front of rabbit or monkey by enticing or seducing public with freehold titles.however the township planning failed with no commercial complexes n for sure the commercial values in the future of the residences will deteriorate or will go up by slight marginal increase. do tell me now..history has proven everthing by developing bandar kinrara. by comparison with sri hartamas only..in year 1992, both places offered the same prices for double store intermediate rm130k with the same built up area. n now wht u can gauge by the big gap of price difference.

I didn't know there will be NO commercial complexes planned for the township.Anyhow, property thing is very subjective. Every projects have their own Pluses or Minuses. You like, you buy, you don't like, then don't buy, nothing really worth to shout about. Every purchaser will know how to weight the pros and cons themselves before inking on the dotted lines. Heard BR subsales and occupancy of Chimes (handed over 6 months ago) is really bad. If fast forward 5 years from now, i don't think canal city buyers will be happier than AI for buying leasehold property at much higher price and at worst off location |
