Go to both lawyer (snp and loan). ask for chronology of events. from there you will know who delay. you shouldnt be paying that rm2k. fight for your rights.

Dear All,

1) Ask for chronology of events from both snp and loan lawyer
2) Check who is the culprit who delayed
3) Call the person and say f*** you. You stupid mofo, please pay the late payment and dont buat bodoh only.
4) Repeat step 4 until he/she pays.
5) Feel happy

I tried talking to the owners of the houses (2 houses to be exact) about not renting to p.diddy and usher but they wanna still go for it. What to do. Individual title no rights. We never sign dmc and jmc not as powerful as strata title.

Yeah. One was aware. One wasnt. The company that rented his unit is trefxxl. This company very famous. Anyway how do u feel about it since u are his direct neighbour next door.
