Does anyone know what is the timber flooring brand and code for Pentas 3? Need some feedback on this urgently.

If you confirm no mixers, need to chg it to mixer tap prior install hot water pipe. Every room shud have it own 20A switch for heater tank. But if you install one tank (35 litre enough) centralize for all the rooms, advice connect the heater tank to family hall 20A switch for easier access to everyone.
For hot pipe advice use pvc type grey color. Steel heard will bocor after 15 years.

Only 1st row and half of 2nd row intermediate no facing taman were 700k. 3rd row taman 746k. 850k subsale which row unit?

850k is the 1st taman area. I recently bought at 850k. The initial price stated in S&P was 700k

Your subsale price is very cheap. Congratulate. 700k i believe not facing taman. Is it 2nd row close to my unit? 1st row mostly facing taman.

Yes, we decided to buy subsale after considering the price with new launch more or less the same. 1st owner bought at 694k acccording to S&P and shes a bumi have another 7% discount not sure 694k is after discount or before as its not stated in S&P

Should be after discount as bumi price is net of 7% already in S&P.

yes that is the price after discount bro. untung circa rm150k. minus rpgt 30% lagi (if owner didnt use 1st free rpgt), the untung tak banyak woo.

I know which row now. That was 2nd time private launch. Orig non bumi price was 746k. You only top up 100k after 2.5 yrs. U untung a lot.

what do you mean by no respond? it not suppose to respond by having loud noise or anything. you turn it on and if you rain shower working, then it is working. Mine is not working so i need to submit a defect report to rectify it.

Just like what you mentioned, all showers were not functioning. Then i think it was a defect like yours. I went there last Sun and they have not done anything yet, so slow. I saw one house in the process of moving in, super fast.

my toliet roll holder, the center "tube" is missing for all my washroom. asked inp, they say all pentas houses are the same, we need to buy our own?

just a quick question to the owners , is I&P providing the autogate for us or will they only provide the point for the autogate installation? thanks in advance

According Mr Bakar (person in charge for maintenance) there is a stop cork valve at the water tank (the valve is on the ceilingas well) that need to be switched on then only we will have the water pressure. the pump is running. but no pressure due to stop cork. only owner who wishes to move in he will open it.

Taikor, do you know Pentas 3 water pump is supplying to master bathroom only or the whole house?

Of coz whole house la. Why only supply to one bedroom does not make sense.
Hot water pipe most probably only supply to master room.

Just to clarify because have been hearing so many versions and none concrete.
