Yeah remember someone from AI TTDI said got ppl come to request ang pau? I think is about last or last 2 months ago. So check with Ang Ang see any friends come or not. But I hope those owner who wish to own stand & coming to start the reno work can update on this forum about the status. If this ppl really come, our P13 committee can do something on it. Of cause for those who are not P13 committee member please joint us, cause this will be our "HSH"

P3 will get their key either ths mth or next. Prepare ur cheque. Alternatively consider Pentas 2 with courtyard type. Closed kitchen too but u get smaller family hall. Rooms are big... Anyway either one r good buy.

plumbing cost 1k/bathroom.  original mixer no need replace.  for 4 bathroom with 2 heater tank I spend 4.5k. no need 10k.
tiles only need to replace 1 piece per toilet. all pentas piping located at empty wall inner. no need hack.
note: 1k/bathroom cost include install pipe, piping, and tiles labor.

Me too, i couldn't locate the switch as well! Maybe someone can help.

Thanks n will check again for the switch. Anyone has got the defects fixed?How's the output?  I've seen quite a lot of minor defects and few major problems with my P3. One of it the metal rod/tube coming out from the wall. Don't know how are they going to fix it, sigh..

hi may i know common area is upstairs or downstairs? hehe.. if upstairs there is 1 switch which I thought the aircond switch
