But those purchase earlier can choose the unit they like the most, while those purchase later can only choose those leftover units. Depends on how you look at the matter, both ways have its pros and cons. No one will have expect these kind of offers to be available, if you keep waiting, it may not come at all when all units were sold. Buyers can decide what's the best for themselves.

I heard my friend's house in Pentas 4 & Pentas 2 all kena termites attack. Even after put pest control still the same, pest control team says if the neighbor do the same thing then it still can spread to others.

Anyone staying in AI can clarify on how serious the termite damage?
