Anyone know is it normal to have the design layout in show houses and sales booklet are different?

If someone just buy a house according to show unit, but actually the design is different in the sales booklet, perhaps the buyer found out during the VP will be super upset already! mad.gif

Everything will follow SnP (official). For those first time buyer, u should check the SnP before signing.
Got cases before in setia alam. The SnP diff with master plan n they will tell u whatever info during launching is reference info only. SnP is official n legal doc.

Do note that show-unit displays the layout for corner lot which is different from intermediate lot biggrin.gif

Follow SnP. The schedule in SnP is final.

I envy Lecus.. The cheapest true blue SemiD..
Lecus can appreciate better I reckon..
Also have 5 bathroom..

For me a SemiD should have min 5 bathroom..
If not, feeling like just ordinary terrace house..

True, unfortunately there is a limited number of the units and one of the first to go. The pricing is really good for a Semi D unlike ours which is a cluster.

Subject to personal preference. I rather have bigger space for rooms/bathrooms than having more of them. Other reason is the maintenance for them, the maid(aka wife to some) may have to do more work but if got a lot family members, makes more sense to have more though. Just my view.

Definitely cannot.

Even if can so, are u willing to pay the extra xash for S&P Legal Fee & Stamp Duty and Loan Legal Fee & Stamp Duty? And potentially, non DIBS is allowed?

My expectation for semiD must have ensuite bathroom for guest room at G floor.
If not, felling ackward need to go out & in to the bathroom doing 'personal business'..
Plus can be smelly doing 'business' if toilet at kitchen..

Snp for residential houses are standard, so no need to read t&c.. u only need to check thru few pages of schedule pages at the back of ur snp that tells u the details of the prop u purchased..
