The crowd now mostly consist of investors. Many ppl that I have spoken to are to invest only.

Morning! SP didn't brief the waiting list people about eco hill in details.. so I was asking around b4 deciding to buy. So far what I gather is
1) free legal fees on s&p, loan and stamp duty 2) free mot 3) DIBS ( pending gov approval) 4) house is guarded. Gated is in the midst of seeking approval 5) all houses come with house alarm 6) club house is optional 7) they are building a link from lekas highway to eco hill 8) signing of s&p Is in early nov My questions to all taikor are: 1) can any one share spec sheet of aquatilis? ( yeah, no choice have to buy this type for own stay, left few units only when it's my turn). 2) are all units have fences between neighbours or it's an open concept. 3) will SP build aquatilis show unit? Thanks to all in advance.. tried Google with no result on the questions and first time buyer.. hahaha |

Dear all taikors,
Provided that I've submitted all documents to the panel banks, how long does it take for them to process my bank loan? Aother issue is this is my first house buying, shared with my partner. We both are thinking of withdrawal from EPF to cover for the rest of the 10% down payment. Is this possible for EPF withdrawal from both parties? Oh Btw, I like the place a lot too. Own stay. |
