Morning! SP didn't brief the waiting list people about eco hill in details.. so I was asking around b4 deciding to buy. So far what I gather is
1) free legal fees on s&p, loan and stamp duty
2) free mot
3) DIBS ( pending gov approval)
4) house is guarded. Gated is in the midst of seeking approval
5) all houses come with house alarm
6) club house is optional
7) they are building a link from lekas highway to eco hill
8) signing of s&p Is in early nov

My questions to all taikor are:
1) can any one share spec sheet of aquatilis? ( yeah, no choice have to buy this type for own stay, left few units only when it's my turn).

2) are all units have fences between neighbours or it's an open concept.

3) will SP build aquatilis show unit?

Everything will follow SnP (official). For those first time buyer, u should check the SnP before signing.
Got cases before in setia alam. The SnP diff with master plan n they will tell u whatever info during launching is reference info only. SnP is official n legal doc.

well, have very limited choices to choose: only 8 units out of 400. Left only Aquatilis.

Yupe that's right Cheryee. Now my task is to get the bank loan and also the house full spec sheet. The one is their brochure is not complete.. haih, waiting list ppl didn't get the briefing, that's why have to ask here and there, including calling the centre for info. Felt sorry to bother them.

Dear all taikors,
Provided that I've submitted all documents to the panel banks, how long does it take for them to process my bank loan?

Aother issue is this is my first house buying, shared with my partner. We both are thinking of withdrawal from EPF to cover for the rest of the 10% down payment. Is this possible for EPF withdrawal from both parties?

Oh Btw, I like the place a lot too. Own stay.
