Anyone know is it normal to have the design layout in show houses and sales booklet are different?

If someone just buy a house according to show unit, but actually the design is different in the sales booklet, perhaps the buyer found out during the VP will be super upset already!

but it will be a complication process. for example, the outside bank need to take SEH documentation, to be presented to their management, to evaluate, to get credit limit for the project, this will simply a few weeks.
