Any one buy 20 x 65 DSL Pallida 2? I heard only 405k woh!!

Double storey landed, guarded, possibly gated, freehold with DIBS and legal fees (SPA + Loan) and MOT absorbed, with superbrand SP Setia as the developer, selling at 405k, really heart tempting!!!

Oh, congrates! Then it seems either Pallida 1 or Pallida 2 also a good buy. Your unit facing NW or SE? I heard facing NW got better privacy after the apartments built up later, true?

Any extra premium for the "ong" house numbers such as "8", "18", "28", "33", "38"?

It's really up to personal's perception. But you will see developer always avoid assigning "4" in the house number, though I also believe people live in house with such number will not die easily lah... brows.gif brows.gif

It's okay to secure a DSL. DSL location seems to be the most strategic area at the moment, close to the commercial area, close to Tesco/Pizza hut/KFC/McD, close to the WC (perhaps community hall in future) and along the way to the Lekas-ecohill link. Capital appreciation should be able to justified...

I presume you should ask SEH staff directly to get confirmative answer.

Don't trust their show house too much. Pallida 1 and Pallida 2 first floor layout in the booklet and show house unit are different. Quite confusing!! rclxub.gif

Can we request for some SP Setia to compensate those buyers who bought the Pallida DSL, due to this confusion?

They already announced to the public, must do it, unless gov impose certain "funny" policy during the Budget 2014 refraining them do doing it, which shall applicable to every developer to Malaysia.

Anyone know is it normal to have the design layout in show houses and sales booklet are different?

If someone just buy a house according to show unit, but actually the design is different in the sales booklet, perhaps the buyer found out during the VP will be super upset already! mad.gif
