I call the welcome ctr anwser they already close..
They do said earlier if we are not there, they will call. But nobody call me..
Wtf .. if I come back at least 1 hr F1 driving.

This morning I went there for taking queue no. SPsetia staff said no bumi allocation.. just 1st come 1st serve basis..
However got 1 hot shot guy said something about complaining to the ministry about that to ecohill manager lol..
Nonbumi is majority just now..

Damn im too tired & hungary..
Need to come early some more tomorrow @7:30...zzz...

I managed to secured 2 units. Luzento 1 (36x78) & Pistia (20x65) end-lot.
I personally like Luzento 1 because have 5 bathrooms which 2 at ground floor.
Noticed only 2 types of Semi cluster have 5 bathrooms, the other 1 is Monlis 3..

1 more I noticed end lot for DSL 20x65 in Ecohill got 15ft extra land whereby in Setia Alam only 5ft..

However now I'm cracking my head how to make my loan approve lol..

Also have 5 bathroom..

For me a SemiD should have min 5 bathroom..
If not, feeling like just ordinary terrace house..

My expectation for semiD must have ensuite bathroom for guest room at G floor.
If not, felling ackward need to go out & in to the bathroom doing 'personal business'..
Plus can be smelly doing 'business' if toilet at kitchen..
