Subject to personal preference. I rather have bigger space for rooms/bathrooms than having more of them. Other reason is the maintenance for them, the maid(aka wife to some) may have to do more work but if got a lot family members, makes more sense to have more though. Just my view.

No bro. My unit is facing north. I didn't want the back of my house to be facing the road..noisy and maintenance should be more taxing compared to the one facing north.
Furthermore, the back facing bungalow back gives more incentive to maintain my private living in B1 layout as it is.

I was mainly talking to those in front of me to see if got too much competition.
When i went in for unit selection, only appox. 8 Merrum was taken up. So, only 8 in front of me were direct competitors.
Anyway, for sharing purposes, why did you select B2 instead of B1?
I personally felt the C-Shape in B2 is so huge that it cramps the living in the house. Please share share.
