4) Seat started to berbulu already

1. There is some recall for it, using glue to block some holes at cowl panel grille.
2. Already resolved, please visit SC
3. I think its more from the rear wheelhouse/parcel shelf than the seat
4. Go to SC and claim
5. Please post photos to be sure.
6. Same as 5

Hey guys. My Preve's steering wheel feels very "loose" lately. I wonder what's causing it. Can it be fixed at the SC?

My Preve is only 1 month old, btw.

So... CFE pistons and rings are made by a company called Kolbenschimdt from Czech Republic, owning a few manufacturing plants in Japan, China, USA, Germany, France and a few more. Their customer base includes Volkswagen and Volvo as well. Piston rings are made in Japan, I assume the pistons themselves are as well.

Proton branch sells the car at recommend OTR price and only give 'official' discount authorized by Proton, dealer or agent is willing to cut some amount from their commission to further reduce the price.

But buying from dealer has its 'risk', either good after sales service or bad one.

With that being said, I think buying from Proton directly doesn't guarantee you good after sales service either. Ask from members here for good SA service.

It might be tyre pressure. Have you check on that? It does affect somehow.

You can always buy from dealer and service else where.
My personal opinion, dealers do provide better after sales service as compared to branches.

Why?
For dealers, its their own businesses. Unless the management want to let the business down, else they will try their best to work on service quality etc.
As for branches? Its more about the brand name than the service quality. Public commonly thought that branch should offer better service but look at COSE? whistling.gif whistling.gif whistling.gif

Don't try this at home. LOL
I just share the concept, I dun fix it myself either. I get some panel beaters to help me out, try with all the boot lid carpet off, use ears to trial n error

i also prefer dealer more than branch...

usually branch thinking is "none of my business" and wont provide better service and follow up
for dealer thinking is "it is my business" and usually give better service for allowing us to introduce our fren to them...

anyway, if u based in Klang Valley, there have few good SA shortlisted by us...
one of mine is based at PJ Sea Park... smile.gif
