That one is new color variant. Called "Lilac Purple" or "Purple Lilac" I think... forgot. hmm.gif

if i am not mistaken, Proton offered that same scheme in one of their cars before...

was it the waja or wira if i am not mistaken...

"VT3+ found in Suprima S is base on VT3 found in Preve CFE and Exora CFE,the changes that we made is redesign the gear geometry of secondary gear side to reduce whining sound of it.Number of teeth also different but final ratio of each transmission is still the same.TCU calibration also different due to number of teeth and new Cal on Suprima S is more responsive compared to Preve.

But on the same time,Proton also did lots of upgrade to absorb the whining sound.Like new design trans mounting,additional brace inside front fender,thicker padding at firewall and few more which I not remember."

that depending on which CVT variant, the Premium or Executive.

List of official recall by Proton so far for each variant break down:

Premium CVT [CFE]
- VVT
- OWV
- oil hose coupler
- airbag harness rerouting

Executive MT [IAFM]
- gear tendang issue
- radio software (clock delay)

Executive CVT [IAFM]
- radio software (clock delay)

hold the power button for long time. The HU will turn blank and only display the clock.

the oil filter can trap a grain of sand, i dont see why cant it trap a shred of metal particle.

your engine oil have to constantly recirculate in order to provide lubrication.

oil pan > oil filter > engine components > oil pan > repeat process

see alone not sufficient.... have to count the number of teeth on the final ratio also. VT3+ has lesser "teeth" than normal VT3.
