QUOTE(nig3l @ Apr 28 2014, 05:04 PM) no more RM169 la (special for early Unifi customers).retention offer price is RM179. give them a call, saw someone receive call after being 2 months using Unifi, so i guess TM dont care about the tenure oredi kot. |

My 2 years contract with Unifi already over. If I take the promo to upgrade to 10Mbps with the TV pack, will there be another round of contract? Or if I take just the TV pack alone with speed upgrade, contract will be re-instate?

hello everyone,
I am sorry if I am so noob but I really need some help. I got Unifi VIP10 package installed today. I realised I cannot do any downloading if I do not change the DNS.. So i have been reading up on these things. I was using P1 before this and I could download anything I want but today install Unifi, everytime I was trying to download something, it would say 'Network Error'. Is it because I havent changed the DNS? I was trying to do this so after reading some infos, the forst thing I needed to do was log in to my router. Some people say type in admin as the username and leave the password blank..some people say need the password from the bottom of the router.. For your info, I'm using Inna Tech model RG4332. Please can someone teach me what to do after the http://192.168.0.1/? I need the steps form the username to the password and so on..sorry for being a noob.. |

I have done multiple speed tests from multiple providers and the results are consistent for my VIP20 which is about 19Mbps down and 11Mbps up. Only the official unifi speedtest shows 18Mbps down and up. I lodged a report to Unifi regarding the slow speed but they say they only follow the official speed test result and closed my report without doing anything. It is very hard to believe the official unifi speedtest is accurate considering all of the other speedtests are showing the same result. |
