Hi guys. I have a problem with my unifi. The Internet indicator on my router has no light. Whereas the Internet indicator on the modem keeps on blinking. What can I do? Other indicators are all ok.

Hi guys, based on the 1st post, UniFi stated that there's a MYR 500 fees for early termination.
My question is, do the owner of the UniFi need to cough up the balance of the remaining contract? Let's say the contract is for 24 months, the owner wanna cancel it after 9th month, do the owner have to pay the termination fees and the balance of ( 24 months - 9 months x 149 ) ? Thank you and sorry if this question was asked before or repeatedly before. |

QUOTE(llthim @ Apr 20 2014, 01:12 PM) I've postpone the installation date so that I can ask info in case any extra charges on me. Thanks for your reply too. there's no need to register thru management, and no need to tell them when your agent is coming too.Furthermore I would like to ask is there any people heard before the UNIFI only can apply from the management office which I'm not allowed to apply through UNIFI website or any UNIFI agent. Do the management office have the right to do so? I registered my own account using my agent id, and got it installed on 31/march. |

Anyone know if RG4332 can be hacked for custom firmware? Was expecting DIR 615 but seems like TMNET always change their router

Hi guys, I am using VIP 5 and having a problem with my internet connection lately. When I am using speed test, the progression will stuck half way and the speed will drop slowly(as shown in image). What might be the possible problem and how can I further pin point the source of the problem? Thanks in advance.
