hi guys decide to get a new router to see whether my problem will solve.
can recommend me?

- around 3-4 device connecting to wifi, need strong signal. some room not strong signal
- can support hyppTV

I am ok with Google play download. Except youtube is like keep loading nowadays..not as smooth as before. .but certain time ok also. .

I actually never been to this site but I just tried, well, no problem at all. Streams smoothly for me.

By the way, no point doing any traceroute as TM has blocked ICMP from the 3rd hop onwards, hence the timed out..

i just drop TM to maxis fiber due to poor tm after sale services .......
after upgrade to higher level, i never received single bill from them, been complaint to TM CS since early Fab .... but nothing done, they just redirect issue from person A-Z .... seriously poor CS

TM CS call me during lunch time working day about bill got come or not..
u no login unifi customer portal to view the bill meh?

i can't login for 2 year d, call them for ages n nvr solve (including TM hotspot password)...
bill nvr come since last upgrade jan n complaint in feb till now, many TM CS call, verify email @, add new email (i added 7 email for bcc) ..... till today still nothing, worst they bar my line but still keep charging my CC

Our internet keeps disconnecting ( Wireless or LAN )

Called unifi twice. tech came and replaced the modem twice already.

It disconnects then reconnects after 5-10 minutes.

20MBPS..

Any ideas?

my area still can get full speed but i dunno whey every 2-3 hour disconnect internet and reconnect back by different ip address..only today ok no tht kind of issue

Guys, thanks for replying. Finally managed to diagnose the issue. Initially I thought changing to Google DNS would help but it wasn't the issue. I traced the issue to the WIFI channel my home router was broadcasting on. If not mistaken I was on channel 3. After testing several channels, I got channel 11 which seemed to solve my Google Play store horrible speed issue. Even my youtube buffering loads much more faster now.

You guys might want to double check which wifi channel you're running and change to a different that works best with your devices. You may be facing interference from other devices near your router.

Encountered an issue where my Vita cannot even detect the wifi even in the same room, but no problem detecting the neighbour's unifi. Finally solved it by changing the wifi channel on router from auto to channel 11 while setting the Vita to channel 11.

it happened to me too recently... wonder whats wrong with it... auto dc and auto reconnect back after 1 or 2 min...

just to check... is the home plug voucher promo still valid?
