What do u mean fiber optic or copper?
*
Fibre optic transmit informations faster than copper since it transmits using light. Unifi uses fibre optics to transmit datas so that it'll be very fast (5Mbps, 10Mbps, 20Mbps ~ 1Pbps[1000Tbps]). For more infos use google lol

Fyi:
B=byte
b=bit
1B=8b
1KB=1024B=8192b
1.25MB=10Mb
1.25MB/s=10Mbps

Malaysia's average internet speed is 5.5Mbps(around 600-700KB/s). Singapore average 60Mbps. True.

Oke. TQ  thumbup.gif Btw, why 5Ghz range very small? Is it normal?

*
That is actually characteristics of radio waves - the higher the frequency, the lesser the range.

If you are using Samsung Galaxy S4 (at least this is what I am using & discovered), do NOT hold the top half of the phone. Doing so will block Wi-Fi signals.

And if you are connected to the 5GHz band Wi-Fi, then take note the range of 5GHz is shorter, hence, if you are a little too far from your router, then the signals will also be affected.
