It's quite frequent I hear many people here complain their UniFi becomes slow at certain times.
I am curious, for those of you facing slow problem, are you connected via Ethernet cable or via Wireless?

I'm on VIP5. In recent days, I have been coping with low download speed, which is about 200-300kb/s compared to about 400-500kb/s in normal days. My download speed is almost half of my upload speed, according to Speedtest.com results. I complained to TM several times but to no avail.

Eh, Internet throttled?
At around 9pm or 10pm, streaming Youtube very slow. Slow as Dial-up. My download speed is around 10 to 60kb/s. But surfing websites and forums are normal though.
After 12am, streaming Youtube back to normal and download speed is 500kb/s above as always. Using VIP5.
Happened since Tuesday.

QUOTE(#aten @ Mar 27 2014, 11:03 AM) compatible means it will support both unifi's internet & iptv? Most retailers in Lowyat Plaza would be able to tell you which one supports UNIFI/Maxis. If they don't know, go to a different shop.
