Sigh. I have noticed that the maximum download speed that I can reach has dropped from 500+kb/s to 300+kb/s now. Is it possible that TM has capped my speed?

QUOTE(mrbuzzdark @ Mar 21 2014, 01:06 AM) hello there, I'm a VIP5 user and I have noticed a massive slowdown for my internet speed too.anyone having problem with slow downloading since last week? try with speedtest OK ~4.8mbps but when i download from file sharing average speed is about 10-12kBps previously OK, 1gb files takes about 45min to download.. izit because p2p throttling issue or unifi problem? i'm vip5 user btw I was able to direct-download a file at a speed of 500kb/s previously, but recently, my download speed can only reach to the maximum of about 300kb/s. Speed test results show that my download speed is only 2.xx mbps compared to 4.xx mbps previously. I have lodged a report with TM and I'm still waiting for their reply. |

I have been experiencing a massive slowdown for my UniFi VIP5. As you can see from this speedtest result, my upload speed is much higher than the download one. Any idea how to solve it? I have also lodged a report with TM.

I'm on VIP5. In recent days, I have been coping with low download speed, which is about 200-300kb/s compared to about 400-500kb/s in normal days.
My download speed is almost half of my upload speed, according to Speedtest.com results. I complained to TM several times but to no avail. ![]() |

QUOTE(jolmy @ Mar 26 2014, 12:36 AM) It's quite frequent I hear many people here complain their UniFi becomes slow at certain times. I'm connecting via wireless, but I tried connecting via Ethernet cable, it's still slow.I am curious, for those of you facing slow problem, are you connected via Ethernet cable or via Wireless? |
