Sunway velocity is not near to these already established big malls. So still a lot of people go to SunV

if in cheras only 2-3 malls are doing fairly well which is SV mall, leisure mall and aeon (more to grocery)

Compared to the latter two, at least Sunway Putra Mall is still doing decently and fully tenanted. Just that the footfall is a lot less during the weekdays and a slight uptick during the weekends. With the largest increase whenever there's an event at PWTC. |
