Thought Sunway famous for giving higher discounts, and if 7% + 2%, then not bad. How it works bro?

If still closer to RM 900 psf, means not much changes to compare to previous Phase, then I think it's fair. Maybe Sunway not dare to gungho increase it higher or tremendously.

Tbh, now plenty projects already selling 700+ to 800+ psf, and those already not even near KL City or CBD.

Based on this chart, if real booking one minus 20% units still good enough for Sunway for official launch dy.

Surprisingly some buyers willing to take low floor, dunno whats the catch since price per floor up not so high. Level 18-23 zone seem to be the most hot.
Small units still so many available and another surprise 915 sq ft so many takers at RM 960 psf up (which has not much difference compare to small size's RM 975 psf up)

But what are the grey unit / level (level 11-12 or Level 38-40) means ?
