But the caveat now is if you introduce an acquaintance via buyer-get-buyer, he/she will only be able to choose a unit after the ballot/launch, not during. In the previous phase, both you and your acquaintance will still be able to choose your unit during the ballot/launch day. Got this info from the sales staff based there.
