Not much room appreciation. Rental play can lar.. Great for own stay also, amenities within doorstep But the larger dual key unit still with tiny window as per propcafe reviews... 😂

I was referring to this statement: "Offcourse ppl will come to velocity first for their first choice" I get the 'miss the train' statement as this applies to both investors and own-stayers. Probably more emphasis on the former than the latter. Dy bought a unit in Block B back early last year for my own-stay, so not really going to lose any sleep on that. Im currently own VR2 (most premium cos is freehold and direct integrate with Sunway Velocity development)... but Im not so optimist in subsales performance... the rental is around 3k to 3.5k for VR2... maybe SV2 will be slightly 2.8k to 3.2k for 2 beds...
