Haven't started selling yet. Now they're collecting booking fees.

Actual pricing and sales performance will only be known on the balloting day itself, which falls on around October.

Anyone booked yet? What's the total who has registered interest?

I'm worried about the empty land to the East and North. Even the agent said most likely will build high rise and depending on the height, it'll block view of KL skyline. The residents there can also access Velocity mall through MRT bridge.

Not to mention the seemingly large future development by Jakel at Lot 16 opposite the mall, also with easy access to MRT and mall.

i got business there... and my down payment is more than 50%...different games compare ordinary ikan bilis investors... monthly installment 1k plus only... but when deposit 10%...so can ngam ngam cover nia or still lose few hundreds to thousand

Dear all, im in the mid of considering whether SV2 or Lavile. Looking at Lavile is freehold, so would like to have your opinions in preference sv2 compare to Lavile. Thanks

Well, to be fair, Lavile is already connected via a covered walkway to Aeon Maluri (and the Maluri LRT/MRT interchange), so there's little reason for residents there to go to SV Mall and MyTown. They're welcome to go to the latter two if they're willing to go the distance. Same goes for the residents in this project towards AEON Maluri and MyTown.

If you're a public transport user, then you will have to reach AEON before 10 pm for Lavile's case. Otherwise, you'll have to walk outside to reach the latter if you arrive at the Maluri station past that time.

For SV2's case, the previous staff who I dealt with mentioned that the developer will negotiate with the SV Mall management to allow the bridges connecting to the latter to remain open past 10pm. But in case there's no such agreement, it's still possible to use those link bridges which connects both SV2's Phase 2 and 3 to reach home via the V Boulevard. This is regardless if you're staying in Phase 1 or 2. Provided that you alight from the Cochrane MRT station, that is.

This velo 2 is quite ok but supply in the project is about 1800++ units. Coupled with all the upcoming supply in the area.

I would pick SV over LV due to better developer, being part of Sunways master plan etc. I don't take freehold as a major plus point. Still both better than par3.

I was told that 7+2% rebate, it closes to RM 900 psf. Personally i feel it is abit expensive at current market. Many people perceive that area as China town, is it true?

Not sure about the whole area, but when you go sunway velocity mall, there are many china ppl, can hear china accent everywhere.

well it's basically already become chinatown since it's full of china ppl and hotspots restaurants along the Nanjing street
