same.. prefer mytown as compared to velocity due to its spacious walkway.. in fact, the crowd for mytown is getting much better and sometimes better than velocity when they have big events like mickey mouse and dance competition.. the spacious walkways(especially ground floor) becomes harder to walk due to too many people walking by..

mytown is catching up as well.. more and more tenants opening up..

crowd is increasing.. just look at kyochon.. freaking long queue.. sweat.gif

I can say both malls (velo and mytown) are equally crowded on weekends/public holidays..

lol.. there are shops closing down at velo… just have a look at top floor (Commune section).. like a ghost section..

There are other outlets closing down as well like Samsonite, Mixxo, Fish & Co. etc.. but luckily they managed to find replacements for some of the closed down shops..

Even a lot of stalls closing down at makan-makan food court.. left only a few stalls.. sweat.gif

overall, the mall still ok lah.. haha for fnb only.. icon_rolleyes.gif

Would I buy one? Hmmmmmmm..... Price a bit on the steep side for the location and I think would need to invest some big bucks in ID to get good rental rates.

Makan-makan by Parkson (food court) at velocity mall has ceased operation.. even johnny rockets has closed down too hmm.gif

haha.. this food court has become "library" for students to group study since it's so quiet and less people.. I wont surprise this food court will chaplap..

before it chaplap.. I remember many stalls have closed down and just left a few stalls swatting flies at there.. really sad state though unlike the food court located at 3rd floor of mytown which is always packed with people..


anyway, I notice there are so many china steamboat restaurants located at V-boulevard side hmm.gif
